Presentation of the OPCC on the first anniversary of the entry into force of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Andorra

An open-day of conferences on environmental subjects was held in Andorra la Vella on Thursday 31 May, 2012 to mark the anniversary of the entry into force of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

During this act, Carles Miquel, Director of Water Quality of the Department of Environment and representative of the Observatory in Andorra, will make a presentation of the OPCC.
